About Us

Ryan Lacey
Personal Trainer, Founder

Ryan is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiologists.

Background

Ryan discovered his passion for physical fitness during his time with the Canadian Armed Forces. During his 11 years of service, he traveled throughout Canada and the United States and served two Tours of Duty peacekeeping in Israel with the United Nations.

During his time in the military, Ryan often led Basic Training for members of all ages.

Outside of the military, Ryan interned at the renowned Athlete's Performance Training Center in Tempe, Arizona. While there, Ryan trained elite athletes from most major sports leagues including the CFL, NFL, MLB, as well as amateur athletes from several collegiate sports leagues.

Whether he's training a professional athlete, a Personal Training client or Boot Camp participant, Ryan he uses a similar total body training approach that yields maximum results.
